If you're after the 'biggest' kei car on the market, then you've found home

The Suzuki Every uses a mid-engine % rear-wheel drive layout to create the most spacious cabin in the small car class

The 2020 Suzuki Every van traces its roots back to the original Suzuki Carry Van.

It’s the one you vaguely remember from 1980s Australia. And like the old one, this new one remains a passenger car that’s built on a rugged commercial vehicle platform.

It means that it possesses a high level of robustness and benefits from a unique mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout.

It’s what makes the Suzuki Every fundamentally different from the rest. The mid-engine design enables a huge cabin but also enables its wheels to be placed ideally where they ought to be—on its farthest corners.

It’s a packaging marvel, and in terms of cabin space, it will genuinely surprise. It features an incredible 4.5-metre turning circle that makes inner-city driving easy.

The back seats feature ISOFIX mounting points for child seats and also slide to make room for taller adults. Huge openings – like 1,165mm wide by 1,340mm high for its rear boot aperture – mean it’s easy to pack, rack, and stack its boot.

This Suzuki Every Wagon was built in November 2020 and is a ‘PZ Turbo Special’ trim level.

That means it features a mid-mounted and turbocharged 660cc three-cylinder ‘R06A’ engine with 47kW/97Nm, an automatic transmission and is rear-wheel drive.

As a flagship ‘PZ Turbo Special’ model, this 2020 Suzuki Every features dual electric sliding doors, an auto side step, autonomous Emergency Braking (city – low speed), automatic LED headlights, keyless entry and start, rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera.

This van was a one-owner vehicle and comes with its original owner’s manual, Japanese de-registration certificate (mileage proof) and two genuine Suzuki keys. We fitted a set of kei-specific Enkei 14×6 inch rims locally that we think look the part.

The vehicle has undergone a service locally (air filter + oil filter + brake fluid) and has passed a mechanical check.
