It is a compact unit that also features 4×4. Whilst most Daihatsu Hijets are tray-back utes, this example is equipped with a genuine Daihatsu cargo box.
The possibilities are endless. Measuring up at 2.1 meters long by 1.47 meters wide by 1.5 meters high, the rear cargo box has racking provisions already built in alongside a LED roof light.
The rear cargo box is lockable with a solid rear bolt latch, so consider your goods safe as houses. On top of having a cargo box, this example is also a rare high-roof single-cab model.
That means it has enough headroom for a tall westerner and overhead storage in the cab. With keyless entry + start, autonomous emergency braking, front and rear parking sensors, and front and rear cameras, it’s pretty well equipped, too.

This Daihatsu Hijet was built in May 2023 and is a high-roof single-cab version.
It features a five-speed manual and selectable 4×4. It’s powered by a 660cc three-cylinder ‘KF’ engine that’s renown for its reliability and is built by Toyota. It is equipped with a genuine and lockable rear cargo box and 12-inch alloy wheels.
It’s exterior is wholly original and the truck has not been repaired, repainted or sign-written before. Its interior presents well and features floor mats and a seven-inch touchscreen stereo + CD player.
