In 2020, Suzuki updated its Carry truck and introduced new advanced safety systems

Alongside a few other tweaks, this update model received auto emergency braking (city low speed) and lane departure warning

For more than 50 years, the Suzuki Carry has been the backbone of Japan. Whether you’re in Tokyo refilling a brewery or moving crops out in Sendai, you’ll likely be doing so in a kei truck.

It is a nifty and compact ute with dimensions of 3.39 metres long by 1.47 metres wide. It boasts excellent ground clearance and a factory 4×4 system with a low-range transfer case and rear diff lock.

This example is a ‘KC’ model that features power windows and remote central locking. Other genuine accessories include a Suzuki roof rack, a Suzuki lockable side storage box with bonus JDM straps that were left by the previous owner, and a double-DIN stereo with rear-view camera and bluetooth connectivity.

Another talking point is its kerb weight of just 680 kg—making it nimble, economical on fuel, and fun to drive. It’ll manage 110 km/h on the motorway, and its awesome turning circle makes it to park.

The tray has drop sides, is 1.40 metres wide by 1.95 metres long, and you’ll carry around 350 kg safely. We provide certification and federal-based vehicle compliance for all our Suzuki Carrys, allowing for road registration in any state in Australia.

The longitudinal placement of the 660cc three-cylinder engine in the middle of the vehicle creates a fantastic and ergonomic cab-over design. The vehicle operates on rear-wheel drive when not locked to 4×4.

With huge amounts of steering lock, you achieve a fantastic turning circle of 3.6 metres, and your forward-facing vantage point makes it easy to manoeuvre in tight confines or up-and-around tracks on your property or job site.

If you’re looking for a truck for the farm, work, or even play, the Suzuki Carry makes for the ideal partner.

This Suzuki Carry was built in October 2021 and is a ‘KC’ trim level that is equipped with a five-speed manual model, selectable four-wheel drive, low-range transfer case, and rear differential lock.

It’s powered by a 660cc three-cylinder ‘R06A’ engine that’s renowned for its reliability. Other factory options include metallic black paint, auto emergency braking, lane departure warning, air conditioning, dual airbags, traction control, and ABS. Genuine Suzuki accessories include a roof basket, lockable side box, and double-DIN Bluetooth stereo.

The tray is in good condition and features minor marks in line with its age and use, as well as extra tie-down points. It comes with a Japanese log book with proof of being serviced, and also benefitted from a service upon arriving in Australia. There are two keys to the vehicle, including a remote central locking key.

We keep a decent selection of aftermarket wheels, interior pieces, and exterior parts for the Suzuki Carry.

In addition, we maintain a wide range of spare parts for repairs and have a service and repair network that spans from the Central Coast of NSW to the Southern Highlands. Either way, we have your maintenance and parts supply covered.
