The Suzuki Carry is a Japanese market truck that has been sold continuously in Japan for over 50-years.
The current generation – still sold new in Japan – is the truck you see pictured here. It is a nifty and compact ute with dimensions of 3.39-metres long by 1.47-metres wide.
It’s designed with great ground clearance and with factory 4×4 – like this example has. Another talking point is its kerb weight of just 680kg – making it nimble, great on fuel, and fun to drive.
Being a newer kei truck, it is capable of travelling at 110km/h on the freeway easily. The tray has drop-sides, is 1.40-metres wide by 1.95-metres long, and you’ll carry around 350kg safely. All of our Suzuki Carrys come with certification and federal-based vehicle compliance which enables them to be road registered in any state in Australia.
The 660cc three-cylinder engine is located in the middle of the vehicle in a longitudinal fashion which creates a fantastic and ergonomic cab-over design. When the vehicle is not locked to 4×4, it is rear-wheel drive.
Huge amounts of steering lock result in a fantastic turning circle of 3.6-metres, and your forward-facing vantage point makes it easy to place in truck tight confides or up-and-around tracks on your property or job site.

This Suzuki Carry is a 4×4 model that was built in December 2021. It was configured with a five-speed manual transmission and selectable four-wheel drive. It’s powered by a 660cc three-cylinder ‘R06A’ engine that’s renown for its reliability.
Other factory options include air conditioning, power steering and dual airbags. Having covered just 10,800km from new, its tray is in above-average condition. The interior presents well and features heavy-duty rubber floor mats.
