When it comes to the best mid-sized performance sedans, the naturally aspirated V8 remains king. Whether it’s a BMW E39 M5, a Mercedes-Benz W201 C63 or a Lexus GS F, it’s the meaty eight-cylinder engine that links this class of modern-era super sedan.

The car pictured – 2015 Lexus GS F
This Lexus GS F was built in November 2015 and ordered in Graphite Black mica with a black & orange two-tone interior and forged carbon interior inlays. It is a desirable colour and one of three built for the Japanese market before 02/2016.
It was factory optioned with Mark Levinson premium audio, a heads-up display, black & machined finished alloys plus orange brake calipers. We purchased this example from a premium used car dealership in Tokyo where it was graded 4.5A condition, which is excellent considering its age.
It was noted a one-owner vehicle that remained fully original. The car has never been modified or repainted before and comes with two keys and a service history.
It is in exceptional condition inside and out. Standard features include black & orange leather sports seats with heating and cooling, adaptive cruise control, keyless entry + start, a heated steering wheel, automatic high beams with full LED headlights, a TVD rear differential, and more.
Both its infotainment system & digital instrument cluster will be set to English upon arriving in Australia, and it will also undergo a comprehensive service before sale. The 2015 Lexus GS-F is powered by the legendary ‘2UR’ 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine that produces 351 kilowatts and 530 Nm torque. Power is put through an eight-speed automatic and sent exclusively to the back wheels.
